  1. I really like this infographic provided by Salesforce overall. I could greatly benefit anyone, not just healthcare professionals who are working to measure and grow their social media preference. In order to measure and grow your social media preference, having the SMART objectives will help you out. Goals need to be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timed. Having said objectives keeps you on track while dealing with social media and helps to keep a clear objective in mind. In addition, I also enjoyed how the infographic laid out what to measure on your social media. Your success is more than just likes and comments. It’s also insights, reach, engagements and follower growth. When looking at your social media, you need to keep all those measures in mind.

I know for me and my social media use, its somewhat different. My personal twitter isn’t necessarily goal oriented whatsoever. It’s used more for keeping in touch with my friends and family. However, my more professional twitter is goal oriented. I am aiming to gain followers and others who will read my tweets and will also read my blog. However, having those objectives in mind that were talked about in the infographic will help me to achieve my goals. This infographic can be informative for various careers paths and fields, and with social media growing in presence, this information should really be put to use. I only wonder if the same information can be used for Facebook, Instagram and the various other forms of social media that exist today. In addition, what about future social media sites that may come into existence?
